DescriptionShark Inlet to a Beach Picnic. Hike through the dunes to the beach via Shark Inlet. Learn about birds, Indian shell middens and native plants. The estuary is home to many shorebirds and waterfowl. Bring lunch and water. Binoculars suggested. Meet at west end of Butte Drive (north of Sea Pines Golf Course), Los Osos. (Active) 5 mi., 4 hr.
