Clicking the thumbnails below will also render the above .jpgs, which can then be saved to the hard drive by right-button-clicking and selecting (in Internet Explorer) "Save Picture As..." or (in Firefox) "Save Image As..."

Users who do not own Microsoft Word can still view, print, and copy the above Word documents (those that end in .doc) by downloading the Free Microsoft Word Viewer from free Microsoft Word Viewer 2003. Depending on how your computer and Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox) are configured, you may be asked to open or save the files linked to.  It is your choice.  If you are presented with a login/password dialog box, just click cancel and continue.  It you have trouble opening any of the linked-to documents, try clicking to the "HTML version" pages where the same material is rendered as a simple web page.

If you can not open .pdf documents, get the free Adobe Reader here.

A decent free utility to view, print and manipulate images -- download at the IrfavView32 program -- especially useful to re-size images, and print "best-fit-to-page."
